RETURNS CONDITIONS
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to accept returns subject to the following conditions:
- A valid original order number must be provided as proof of purchase.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Please note that once your return has been received, processing may take up to five (5) business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No processing fees will be charged for the refund.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
How to Return Your Item
- Please notify us of your return request by emailing Info@tinyhasu.com including your order number and reason for return. We will then provide the return shipping address.
- Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Include the delivery note in the package, or clearly write your order number on a piece of paper inside the parcel.
- Send the package using a tracked (and preferably insured) shipping method. We cannot accept responsibility for missing returns.
Please note that items which have been worn or washed will not be accepted for return.
